Female patient desiring revision rhinoplasty following two previous surgeries. Her main complaints are her upturned nostril, nasal obstruction and short nose.
Procedure: Tertiary Open Rhinoplasty with bilateral conchal composite grafts (cartilage and skin used from ear and placed inside the nose to lower nostrils) and use of ear cartilage for a columellar strut, bilateral alar batten grafts and an onlay infra-lobular tip/dome graft to lengthen the nose and increase nasal tip projection.
Comment: Her 4 years post-operative photos show a healing nose with better symmetry and lower nostrils. Her nose is still swollen and will take a good year for complete healing, especially the composite grafts (base view). Her computer morphing photos are also included.
