Female patient desiring a symmetric nose, especially from the frontal view since her left side of the nose is thin. She also has nasal obstruction.
Procedure: Septorhinoplasty and turbinoplasty
Comments: 4 month postoperative photos reveals a more symmetric, softer nose. A left spreader graft and bilateral lateral crural strut grafts from septal cartilage were placed. The strut grafts were placed secondary to inherent weak lower lateral cartilages. If her tip cartilage was reduced without strut grafts, this patient would have had postoperative nasal obstruction
