Female patient desiring an improvement in her nasal obstruction, softening of the asymmetry of the nose, conservative hump reduction and no tip work.
Procedure: Septoplasty, turbinoplasty, closed rhinoplasty with hump reduction, osteotomies (fracturing of nasal bones) and placement of a right spreader graft.
Comments: Her nose is more symmetric with placement of the spreader graft and her hump is conservatively removed. Compare the 3 month photos to the computer morphing lateral photo.
