Procedure: Open septorhinoplasty with hump reduction, alar base (nasal sill excisions) reduction & radix graft.
Comments: These 5 months post-operative photos show how a hump reduction and radix graft combined create an aestheticallly pleasing profile. If her hump was excised to match her profile, she would have acquired a “slope” type of nose. Her thick nasal skin minimizes the tip work that was performed; however, over the next 6 months, she’ll achieve a more defined tip.
