PREOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS: Nasal Dysmorphia, Deep Nasolabial folds, Microgenia.
PROCEDURE: External Primary Rhinoplasty, Harvest of Septal Graft, Platelet Gel Application, Right 6th rib harvest, Chin Augmentation, 5-Flourouracil Injection, Radiesse Injection Into Bilateral Nasolabial Folds, Right Deep Temporal Fascia Harvest.
FINDINGS: 3+ thick supratip skin, malpositioned large lower lateral cartilages, short caudal septum, short over-rotated nose, deep radix and low dorsum.
COMMENT: This patient wished to improve the appearance of her nose with a rhinoplasty. Patient also desired a chin augmentation to further soften her profile. Post-operative photos reveal an improved nose and balanced profile.
