PREOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS:
Nasal Dymorphia, nasal obstruction secondary to deviated septum & hypertrophic turbinates, bilateral compensatory hypertrophic turbinates, septal deviation
PROCEDURE:
Endonasal rhinoplasy, right temporalis fascia harvest, right auricular cartilage harvest, septoplasty and partial vomerectomy for correction of deviated nasal septum, submucous resection and partial resection of right inferior turbinate, submucous resection and partial resection of left inferior turbinate
FINDINGS:
Over projected and over rotated tip, low dorsum, right medial alar depression, extensively long buckled left lateral crura, thick skin, bilateral turbinate hypertrophy with septum deviated to left and left spur
COMMENT:
This patient wished to improve the appearance of her nose and fix a deviated septum. Post-operative photos reveal a softer profile. Patient has reported better breathing as well
