PREOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS:
Nasal dysmorphia, deviated septum, hypertrophic turbinates
PROCEDURE:
External Primary Septorhinoplasty, Left auricular cartilage harvest, Right turbinate reduction, Left turbinate outfracture, Platelet Gel Application
FINDINGS:
Left greater than right narrow middle vault, large hump, malposition lower lateral cartilages, asymmetric nostrils, tip deviated to right, hanging medial crura
COMMENT:
This patient wished to reduce a nasal hump and fix a deviated septum. Post-operative photos reveal a softer profile and the patient has reported an improvement in breathing.
