PREOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS:
External nasal deformity, deviated septum and hypertrophic turbinates
PROCEDURE:
Endonasal septorhinoplasty, bilateral turbinoplasty and endoscopic examination of left posterior airway
FINDINGS:
Septum deviated to left; narrow right lateral nasal wall/middle vault and polypoid changes of left posterior inferior turbinate.
COMMENT:
This patient wished to improve the appearance of her nose and fix her deviated septum. Post operative photos reveal an improved nose and softer profile. Better breathing has been reported as well. Patient continues to heal.
