PROCEDURE:
Secondary Open Rhinoplasty, septoplasty, bilateral turbinoplasty, chin implant, right conchal graft harvest and submental liposuction
FINDINGS:
Depression left lateral crural region and lateral middle vault; left greater than right depressions lateral nasal walls adjacent to high lateral osteotomies; left greater than right narrow middle vault, septum deviated with spur to left; over-resected rhinion; over-projected tip; 3+ pollybeak with scar/cartilage.
COMMENT:
This patient wished to fix a deviated septum, and improve the overall appearance of his profile. Post-operative photos reveal a softer profile, and improved breathing has been reported as well.
