PREOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS: Septal deviation, turbinate hypertrophy, nasal obstruction, external nasal deformity.
PROCEDURE: Ethnic septorhinoplasty, bilateral turbinoplasty, right ear graft conchal harvest.
FINDINGS: Deviated nasal septum to left, 3+ thick skin/ nasal SMAS, weak, deprojected, flat lower lateral cartilages, deep radix and low bony dorsum, right rim weakness in region of vertical scar; and right convex bone.
COMMENT: This patient desired to repair a deviated septum and slightly alter the structure of her nose in order to create a softer appearance. 14 month photos reveal an improvement in shape, and the patient has reported better breathing.
