Findings: Pre-op for eyes: right brow higher than left. Left caudal deviated septum with absentbony septum, Bilateral lower lateral crura approx. 6 mm in width with weak right lower lateral cartilage greater than left lower lateral cartilage (LLC) and significant depression right lateral tip and right middle vault, narrow middlevault (right greater than left), residual bony and cartilaginious hump atrhinion.
Comment: This patient wished to give her eyes a fresher appearance. She also desired to correct a deviated septum and nasal hump. Post-operative photos reveal a straighter nose with a nicer, softer look. In addition, eyes are improved and compliment the face nicely.
