PREOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS:
Septal deviation, turbinate hypertrophy, nasal obstruction, external nasal deformity
PROCEDURE:
Ethnic septorhinoplasty, bilateral turbinoplasty, right deep temporalis fascia harvest and platelet gel application
FINDINGS: vertical, narrow left nasal bone; splayed right nasal bone; 3+ narrow right middle vault, depression right paramedial alar region
COMMENT: This patient wished to improve her breathing and reduce a hump. Post surgery photos reveal an improved profile and a softer nasal appearance. Nose continues to heal.
