PREOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS:
Septal deviation, turbinate hypertrophy, nasal obstruction and external nasal deformity.
PROCEDURE:
Open septorhinoplasty, bilateral turbinoplasty and platelet gel application.
FINDINGS: : Right lateral alar depression, narrow right middle vault, C-shaped septal deviation with convexity to right and caudal to left; vertical left bone; splayed right bone, poor tip projection and over-rotated.
COMMENT: This patient is 4 months post-op. Surgery reveals improvement in breathing and a softer nasal appearance. Patient continues to heal.
