Female patient with a severe Inverted-V deformity (collapse of the middle vault of the nose) following a previous rhinoplasty performed elsewhere.
PROCEDURE: Secondary endonasal septorhinoplasty, turbinoplasty and platelet gel application.
COMMENT: Her 4 month post-op photos reveal a more symmetric nose; however, the nose is still healing and is swollen. As the year goes by, the swelling will decrease.
