Procedure: Tertiary Rhinoplasty with Rib & Temporalis Fascia graft with bilateral composite grafts from ears.
Other Procedure: Chin Implant
Findings: Small lower lateral crura (LLC) (5 mm) with intermediate and medial crura present and left dome split, right greater than left retracted ala, tip deviated to right, over-projected tip, LLC concave laterally. Rib cartilage used for reconstruction. Bilateral composite grafts = 4 mm X 12 mm with larger cartilage for right nostril. Thin skin with tedious dissection at tip.
Comment: Typical rhinoplasty result following 2 previous procedures performed elsewhere. These postop photos show a more symmetric, but edematous nose. As time goes on, the swelling will resolve.
