Female patient with basal cell carcinoma (skin cancer) of the nose. The cancer was removed with a technique called Mohs excision. I then reconstructed the nose by moving nasal skin down in an advancement/rotational nasal flap to fill the defect.
Comment: The after photos show a healed nose following reconstruction.
