Preoperative Diagnosis:
Lower Eyelid Dermatochalasis, Aging face with platysmal banding & prominent nasolabial folds
Procedure:
Bilateral lower Blepharoplasty – transconjunctival fat repositioning, Rhytidoplasty with malar fat pad elevation and SMAS placement into bilateral nasolabial folds.
Comment: This patient wished to give her eyes and face a younger and fresher appearance. Post operative photos reveal an improved and more youthful look.
