Preoperative Diagnosis:Upper & Lower (fat pseudoherniation) Eyelid Dermatochalasis with hollow inferior orbital rim/lateral canthal region–OU; aging face with submental and jowl adiposity; deep marionette lines and nasolabial folds; deep glabellar rhytids.
Procedures:Bilateral upper & lower (fat repositioning) Blepharoplasty, Fat grafting to bilateral lateral inferior orbital rim/lateral canthal/brow complex, Harvest of abdominal fat , rhytidoplasty with malar fat pad elevation, platysmalplasty, submental and jowl liposuction; temporary bilateral tarsorraphy’s; SMAS placement into bilateral nasolabial folds and marionette lines, GFX nerve ablation to bilateral corrugator muscles and platelet gel application.
