Preoperative Diagnosis:
- Brow ptosis,
- OD – residual upper lateral eyelid skin, hollow infra-orbital region/lateral canthal/brow region;
- s/p upper Blepharoplasty and excision of right upper eyelid skin cancer.
- Aging face with deep nasolabial folds and marionette grooves,
- Submental & jowl lipodystrophy,
- Micorgenia
Procedure:
- Endoscopic browlift with biosorb tack fixation,
- OD- Revision upper Blepharoplasty,
- Fat grafting: bilateral brows/ inferior orbital rim/lateral canthal region,
- Abdomen fat harvesting and platelet gel application
- Rhytidoplasty with malar fat pad elevation,
- Submental and jowl liposuction and platysmaplasty,
- SMAS into bilateral nasolabial folds and marionette grooves,
- Chin implant,
- Platelet gel application.
Findings:
Preop, left brow was higher than right and excess lateral upper eyelid skin on right.
Comment:
This is a patient who wished to improve the overall appearance of her face, and obtain a younger and fresher look. Post-operative photos reveal an improved facial appearance and a rejuvenated look.
