Preoperative Diagnosis:
- Submental fullness
- External nasal deformity
- Deviated nasal septum
- Hypertrophic turbinates
- Nasal obstruction and microgenia
Procedure:
- Open rhinoplasty
- Septoplasty
- Bilateral turbinoplasty
- Chin implant
- Submental liposuction and platelet gel application
Findings:
Left alar base retraction, septal anterior caudal deviation to right with large left spur, thick skin and cephalically-oriented lower lateral cartilages.
Comment:
This is a patient who wished to improve the appearance of her nose, and remove excess fat under her chin. 7 month post-operative photos reveal an improved nasal appearance and overall improved profile. Patient continues to heal.
