Description: This man had truly saggy upper eyelids due to a condition called ptosis. He also had large lower eyelid bags. Dr. Nassif performed lower lid blepharoplasty with fat repositioning in his Beverly Hills office. An oculoplastic surgeon elevated the ptotic upper eyelids. His lower eyelids are improved with residual hemosiderin (brown spots) improving with bleaching cream.
