Luisa: Today is December 26th it is approximately a month and six days since my surgery. Dr. Nassif repaired my deviated septum and my 80% obstruction that I had in the left nostril. He also removed the hump that I had on my nose. I’ve been breathing so much better since then. He’s such a great doctor and talented.I mean the swelling has gone down so much. I just see every day I see a little something different, a little more definition, a little more me. So far I’m so happy with the results. I have been having a little bit of my skin peeling on my nose and I’m hoping one of these days it’s going to stop peeling. But I think it’s just a process that you have to go through. My family has been really supportive and to go through something like this you have to have people around you that are going to be supportive and understanding and who are going to understand you, what you’re going through.
And everyone at Dr. Nassif’s office has been pretty great and they’re really sympathetic. They really know the reasons why I had done the rhinoplasty. To better my breathing, to feel better about myself, and I think this is just a stepping stone into another part of my life. I’m just happy with the results to this point and I look forward to the end results. I can’t even tell you every day I just see something different. Every day I’m thinking well there’s not going to be any changes and everyday is just something new. Each difference that I see in my nose everyday just brings my spirits up and I’m happy. Right now it’s just I’m happy with the results.
