Description: This patient wished to obtain a younger look. Dr. Nassif performed a facelift and fat injections around the eyes and in the cheeks in his Beverly Hills office. Post-operative photos reveal a great result with a refreshed facial appearance
PREOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS: Aging face, periorbital and medial cheek fat atrophy, bilateral deep nasolabial folds, bilaterally deep marionette lines, facial photoaging, central neck mole, hypoplastic lips.
PROCEDURE: Rhytidoplasty, SMAS placement into bilateral nasolabial folds and marionette lines, Abdominal fat harvest, Restylane injection into the lips, Excision of neck mole, periorbital and medial cheek fat injection, platelet gel application.
FINDINGS: Deeper left nasolabial fold, greater volume loss on left midface than right, left upper medial lip did not fill despite multiple attempts of injection.
